Excessive Credit Card Fees - Watchdog Fights Back
Excessive credit card fees may become a thing of the past soon, as UK credit watchdogs are on to the credit card companies. A fee 'cap' may be introduced to limit the spiralling fees of most systems, which just push people further into debt.

Nowadays, it's not a problem to get a credit card even if you are not a resident of the USA. There are special offers for such people.
Excesisive fees are really a problem. Though I think that soon they will bw lower. Recently I've browsed through http://www.credit-land.com to see if there are any changes. Nothing yet but hope to find credit card rates lower.
